Fairport, N.Y. - A Fairport woman is being charged under Leandra's Law after being arrested for driving while intoxicated.Sheriff's deputies say Caroline White was driving erratically on Route 251 in Victor and was pulled over.Tests revealed she was intoxicated with her 2- and 4-year-old children in the car.White is charged with two counts of felony DWI and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. An 18-year-old is facing drunken driving charges, after a crash in San Carlos that sent eight people to the hospital. San Diego police say the 18-year-old crashed his Dodge Charger, carrying a total of four teens, into an SUV around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday on  Jackson Drive and Lake Badin . A College Station man is in the Brazos County Jail. News 3 looks at how he was still on the streets, driving, after a half dozen DWI charges. Sunday night a woman called 911 saying a truck driving northbound on FM road 2154 in College Station was swerving, unable to stay in one lane of traffic. The driver, 49 year-old Desi Robinson, was eventually pulled over in the 2000 block of Holleman Drive. According to police records, Robinson refused to perform three field sobriety tests. Robinson did give a breath sample, his highest reading was 0.304, that's nearly four times the legal limit.
